• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into digital/AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with AI tool usage.
• Experience working with internal and/or external clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and identify AI opportunities.
• Lead meetings and workshops using AI tools for documentation and decision-making.
• Oversee business analysis activities aligning with client objectives and AI delivery.
• Define and structure requirements as user stories, including AI features and automation.
• Document requirements using diagrams, models, and process flows.
• Own the business perspective of implemented AI-enabled functionalities.
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and adoption of AI practices.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and enabling rapid prototyping.
