You will perform requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder facilitation across a range of initiatives, from strategy through implementation. The role requires 1 year of BA experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English at C1+. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis or other project-related roles.
• Basic understanding of the Polish insurance market and business processes.
• Good understanding of SDLC and test management fundamentals.
• Experience in business process analysis and design.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong communication with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Polish and English at C1 level or above.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Bonus points for insurance sector experience, TOM design, AI/GenAI projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering and definition.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify improvements.
• Design new and improved processes tailored to client needs.
• Develop solutions using established methodologies and assets.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders for requirements & decisions.
• Support SDLC activities from analysis to testing.
• Assist in testing activities and defect management.
• Support change activities and user adoption.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
