PwC Poland is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead AI and analytics projects across industries. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable analyses, oversee models and deliver insights that drive client value.

In this role you will contribute to business development, shape go-to-market strategies, and mentor junior colleagues while operating in a hybrid environment with cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant business experience in consulting, banking or retail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to disaggregate issues and identify root causes.
• Hands-on experience applying advanced analytics and AI to real business problems.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills to work with overseas clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of AI and data analytics projects, delivering data-driven solutions that meet client needs.
• Translate business challenges into structured analytical tasks and select appropriate tools.
• Provide quality oversight and supervise analyses and models during engagements.
