Qualifikationen

• Extensive production-grade Python experience with FastAPI.
• Hands-on with AI agent frameworks and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, streaming responses, and tool integrations.
• Ability to design scalable, observable, and secure AI agent systems.
• Fluent Polish communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop AI agent orchestration architecture with multi-step workflows.
• Create tools for AI agents, including schemas and input/output contracts.
• Build production-grade services using Python and FastAPI with streaming endpoints.
• Ensure secure interactions with external services and APIs.
• Deploy and monitor solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Maintain reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of agent systems.
• Define coding standards, reviews, testing practices, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Stay updated on MCP and multi-agent architectures for production use.
