Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw seeks a Senior AI Agent Engineer to build agentic AI applications powering the creative content generation platform. You will design and develop autonomous AI agents that orchestrate multi-modal models for creating, evaluating, and refining marketing assets at scale.

This hands-on role covers RAG pipelines, tool integrations, prompt configurations, and cloud deployments on GCP Cloud Run, collaborating with senior engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic apps.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud/container tech.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI applications and workflow automation.
• Design multi-modal pipelines using foundation models for media content.
• Develop evals to measure quality and reliability of outputs.
• Create and manage agent skills, tools, and prompts.
• Implement function calling, tool use, and enterprise API integrations.
• Build RAG pipelines and ground outputs against brand data.
