Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments in Poland. You will work with deployment strategists to co-build scalable AI capabilities, spanning data pipelines, integrations, and production deployments.

The role requires hands-on coding, customer-facing delivery, and a builder mindset. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software delivery, a CS degree, and fluency in English and Polish, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Production experience required. Builder mindset non-negotiable.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompts, and integration design.
• Strong data modeling, APIs, and integration pattern knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions in customer environments.
• Collaborate with deployment strategists and senior engineers on end-to-end work.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards to track deployment health and business impact.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Identify platform gaps and provide actionable feedback to product teams.
