Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Agentic Consultant to join our Poland team, focusing on designing and deploying autonomous AI agents and agentic automation across business processes. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering to deliver impact.

You will experiment with LLM frameworks, drive PoCs, and help internal teams adopt automation-first approaches while ensuring governance and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI engineering and intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience building PoCs with evolving technologies.
• Ability to connect AI agents to enterprise APIs and systems.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/SaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic Solutions: design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents.
• LeadPoC Innovation: build, test, and scale PoCs with LLM frameworks.
• Reimagine Workflows: promote automation-first mindset across teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, procurement, and engineering.
• Define governance and secure AI deployment standards.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to upskill colleagues.
• Stay ahead of Agentic AI trends and translate to business value.
