Job summary

Sonatus is seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to build an Agentic Framework for AI applications in software-defined vehicles. You will own the development lifecycle from prototyping to global cloud deployment, focusing on multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling optimization, and LLM safety.

The role emphasizes high-quality production code, data privacy, and security, with collaboration across teams to translate architectural designs into scalable solutions in Poland.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, Java, or C++.
• Proven experience building multi-agent systems with adaptive orchestration.
• Deep understanding of jailbreak detection (e.g., LlamaGuard) and PII masking.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI model integration and agentic orchestration.
• Design reason-and-act loops to decompose goals into sub-tasks.
• Implement a versioned prompt registry for model-agnostic routing and A/B testing.
• Develop privacy shield for PII redaction and a hallucination verifier.
• End-to-end data modeling, training, tuning, validating, and deployment of services.
