Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/Python engineering with leadership or architecture experience.
• Proven production-grade Agentic AI delivery at meaningful scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain and modern LLM architectures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset from 0 to 1 and ability to turn ambiguity into production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Define scalable architectures with LLMs, RAG, multi-agent workflows, tools.
• Lead and mentor a team while staying hands-on.
• Take AI systems from 0 → 1 → production with a focus on reliability, scalability and business impact.
