Job summary

P&G Polska is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI. You will lead the design and deployment of autonomous AI systems, collaborating with data scientists and product owners to translate complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will build production-ready models, data pipelines, and the necessary infrastructure, while contributing to enterprise IT architecture. The role requires 5+ years in AI engineering, proficiency in Python/Java/C++, cloud platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI systems.
• Proven expertise in Python, Java, or C++ with strong object-oriented design.
• Solid understanding of Data Science principles, including ML algorithms and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Enterprise/Cloud Computing concepts.
• DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product owners to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI models for high performance, reliability, and interpretability.
• Design data pipelines and infrastructure for training and deploying AI agents.
• Apply Software Engineering best practices to build production-ready AI systems.
• Work in an Agile environment with sprints and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployment and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Contribute to enterprise IT architecture focusing on AI capabilities.
• Implement rigorous SQA practices for AI models and agentic systems.
