Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer, Hospitality, to drive aftermarket growth across replacement, retrofit, service, and digital solutions for major hospitality operators. You will develop strategic account plans, build executive relationships, and coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver competitive proposals.

You will travel up to 125 days/year and work remotely, with proximity to a major airport.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
5–7 years of consultative sales or aftermarket experience.
Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Build and execute strategic account plans for priority hospitality customers.
Identify, qualify, and advance replacement, retrofit, service and digital-service opportunities.
Establish long-term relationships with hotel owners, operators, and procurement leaders; pursue framework agreements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop technically sound, commercially competitive proposals.
Represent Grundfos at hospitality conferences and customer events; capture market insight and translate it into actionable growth priorities.
