Job summary

Grundfos is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Groundwater & Irrigation to lead sales strategies across groundwater and irrigation sectors, driving profitable business and strengthening Grundfos’s position in water technology. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive culture that supports growth and well-being.

You will build strong relationships with end users, contractors, distributors and other stakeholders, delivering tailored pumping solutions to help communities access water sustainably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pumps, water engineering or environmental engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in water process products or related industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated geographical area.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, distributors and other key stakeholders to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline (C4C) and business plan in line with local guidelines, supporting finance with customer outstanding balances.
• Develop end-user, contractor and distributor competencies through technical guidance and product knowledge sharing.
• Create and implement sales strategies and action plans tailored to the groundwater and irrigation market in your region.
• Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures and systems to maintain full compliance.
