Job summary

AzuraInfinity is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for Poland to build and scale strategic partnerships, drive high-quality traffic, and turn opportunities into measurable results. If you have a strong network in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh and enjoy negotiating, scaling partnerships, and driving FTD growth, this role is for you.

You will develop and grow key Affiliate partnerships, acquire major affiliates and media buying teams, and mentor junior managers while driving key

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
• Strong network of affiliate partners and media buying teams.
• Hands-on experience with target GEOs: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key Affiliate partnerships.
• Acquire major affiliates and media buying teams.
• Build and expand partner network across target GEOs.
• Negotiate and close commercial deals.
• Drive FTD and deposit KPIs.
• Analyze traffic performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
• Mentor Junior and Middle Affiliate Managers.
• Contribute to Affiliate growth strategy across UZ/AZ/TR/BD.

We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who knows how to build strong partnerships, bring in high-quality traffic, and turn opportunities into measurable results.

If you have a strong network in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, or Bangladesh, know the iGaming Affiliate market inside out, and enjoy negotiating, scaling partnerships, and driving FTD growth — this role is for you.

• Developing and growing key Affiliate partnerships.
