Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematical or quantitative area.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with commercial pricing software is a plus (Emblem, Radar, Earnix, Akur8).
• Exposure to Python and R coding would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical price changes and translate them into street pricing.
• Fit and maintain customer behavioural models.
• Perform analysis of risk mix changes and make pricing recommendations.
• Provide actual vs technical price insights.
• Own the regular price setting and implementation processes.
• Provide pricing inputs into key business processes.
• Pricing model review and simplifications; development of automation tools.
