Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is hiring a pricing professional to drive analytics and price setting for motor and home insurance pricing. You will assess price changes, maintain pricing models and develop automation tools in a hybrid Poland setting. Strong SQL, Python, and English skills plus 3+ years in pricing are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematical or quantitative area.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience in commercial pricing software suite (Emblem, Radar, Earnix or Akur8) is a plus.
• Exposure to Python and R coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical price changes and translate them into street pricing.
• Fit and maintain customer behavioural models.
• Analyze risk mix changes and make pricing recommendations.
• Provide actual vs technical price insights.
• Own the regular price setting and implementation processes.
• Provide pricing inputs into key business processes.
• Review pricing models and implement simplifications.
• Develop automation tools.

What will you be doing?

What we’re looking for?

• 3+ years pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Excellent command of English
