Job summary

Aviva plc, through its Aviva Services Excellence Centre (ASEC) in Poland, is seeking experienced actuarial/data professionals to deepen technical expertise and shape solutions in modelling and analytics. You’ll work on automating data workflows, end-to-end model development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust, scalable actuarial tools.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in actuarial, analytical, modelling or data-focused roles.
• Experience in actuarial modelling.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analysis.

Responsibilities

• Automate data workflows and processes.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development of actuarial model input processes.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical and actuarial tools and models.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and document design decisions.
• Act as a senior point of contact within the team, supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions in line with internal best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and model requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
