Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Poland is seeking experienced actuarial/data professionals to deepen technical expertise and influence solution design. The role offers opportunities to work in a global environment and to shape solutions with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.

You will automate data workflows, own end-to-end development of model input processes, and contribute to tools, processes and standards within a high-impact actuarial team.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of actuarial, analytical, modelling or data-focused experience.
• Experience in actuarial modelling.
• Strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Automate data workflows and processes and own end-to-end development of actuarial model input workflows.
• Develop, enhance and maintain analytical and actuarial tools and models.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and document design decisions.
• Act as a senior point of contact within the team to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and model requirements and deliver robust solutions.
