Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst in Poland to support the Specialty Reinsurance Pricing team. You will work with underwriters across Bermuda, London and global actuaries, providing pricing input and participating in cross-region projects.

AXA XL offers exposure to regional pricing strategies, quarterly reserving input, and collaboration with senior management on strategic objectives in a dynamic reinsurance environment.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency and analytical skills.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Experience in actuarial/statistical functions; Lloyd's market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with actuaries and underwriters during renewals to provide pricing support (Marine Energy and Whole Accounts).
• Assist with actuarial elements of the business/strategic planning process.
• Develop pricing methods and parameters for reinsurance pricing projects.
• Coordinate with actuarial and underwriting teams regionally.
