Job summary

GR8_TECH is hiring a driven GL professional to own end-to-end month-end and year-end closes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate entries and audit-ready reporting. You will analyze variances, reconcile accounts, and manage crypto asset accounting in line with standards.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5+ years in IFRS/GAAP, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP platforms. This remote-first role supports cross-border collaboration across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in GL accounting, audit, or financial reporting in a multi-entity setup.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, reconciliation discipline, and consolidation basics.
• Experience managing statutory audits and audit-ready statements.
• Tax literacy: corporate income tax, withholding tax, EU VAT (reverse charge).
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end and year-end close across entities.
• Conduct balance sheet and P&L variance analyses and ensure audit readiness.
• Perform AR/AP and counterparty reconciliations at reporting cutoffs.
• Manage cryptocurrency asset accounting per standards.
• Consolidate financials and prepare statutory documents for audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors to close audits efficiently.
• Design SOPs and internal controls; coordinate with revenue, payroll, and AP teams.
