Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce, the E-commerce division of Assembly, is seeking a seasoned Client Services Lead to oversee a team in Poland. The role focuses on delivering client-centric services, driving e-commerce initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with other agency departments.

You will manage client partnerships, oversee budget and sales planning, and foster growth through coaching and upselling strategic services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Service.
• Experience in an agency environment (digital, E-commerce, marketing).
• Experience in working with global clients.
• Proven team management record.
• Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems.
• Understanding the content creation process.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project & time management skills.
• Business acumen.
• Proven cost control skills.
• Basic understanding of P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong collaboration and partnership with the Clients.
• Realization of the business strategy as part of the entrusted customer service and services delivery - in direct cooperation with the supervisor.
• Supervising an E-commerce team of four (or more in the future) and working on improving their project management/client service skills.
• Responsible for budget planning, sales planning and reporting status of planned sales in the team.
• Setting up goals for your subordinates, tracking their progress, motivation management, feedback sharing to support personal growth.
• Conducting efficient project communication.
• Cooperating with other departments in the Agency to ensure all team and project challenges.
• Upselling new business ideas and services to your Clients.
