Job summary

GFT Technologies SE Poland is seeking an Account Director based in Kraków to lead a major banking client relationship in a hybrid work setting. You will drive commercial growth, align the local account with global strategy, and collaborate with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to shape opportunities and ensure client value.

The role requires executive presence, deep understanding of how banks buy services, and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams across borders.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in technology services or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to grow complex technology relationships, especially in banking/FS.
• Strong commercial judgement, deal shaping and contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development of the Poland-based global bank relationship in line with the global account strategy.
• Build trusted relationships across client organization from engineering to senior technology and operations executives.
• Develop stakeholder and engagement plans for Poland and convert client needs into qualified opportunities for GFT.
• Lead the account with the Delivery Executive Manager and act as the client voice within GFT.
