Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Core Banking Solution Architect Consultant to design and lead the modernization of core banking platforms for banks. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support critical banking processes and products.

The role covers modern cloud-native platforms and traditional Core Banking systems, with a focus on architecture workshops, migration programmes and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect in banking or financial services.
• Proven involvement in Core Banking implementation, migration or modernization programmes.
• Experience with one or more Core Banking platforms such as Thought Machine Vault, Mambu, 10x Banking, Engine by Starling, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar systems.
• Understanding of both modern cloud-native core platforms and traditional Core Banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Core Banking transformation solutions.
• Define target architectures and modernization roadmaps.
• Support implementation and migration programmes.
• Design integrations between Core Banking platforms, channels, payments and data ecosystems.
• Lead architecture workshops and advise clients on solution designs.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for successful deployment.
• Support pre-sales activities and proposal shaping.
