Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive a large-scale analytics transformation for a global financial client. You will shape the strategy, prioritise investments and govern a portfolio spanning SAS migration, platform modernisation and legacy retirement.

You will coordinate with data, technology, architecture, risk and business functions, ensuring delivery excellence and sustainable business outcomes in a regulated environment. Hybrid work in Kraków is offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in programme, portfolio or transformation delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale platform and data migration transformations, including SAS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAS migrations, code remediation, data lineage and post-migration assurance.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple areas and geographies.
• Experience in transformation governance, benefits realisation and RAID management.
• Ability to influence executive and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will lead a large-scale enterprise analytics transformation within a global financial environment, defining strategy, target-state direction and investment priorities.
• Oversee a complex portfolio covering analytics platform modernisation, SAS migration, adoption and legacy decommissioning.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders across data, technology, architecture, risk, control and business functions.
• Accountable for transformation outcomes, governance, investment, benefits realisation and transition to business-as-usual.
