Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Senior Core Banking Solution Architect to design end-to-end core banking transformations for banks. You will define target architectures, modernisation roadmaps, and oversee migrations, integrating core platforms with digital channels, payments, data, and security.

You will lead architecture workshops, collaborate with engineering and delivery teams, support pre‑sales activities, and engage with senior clients.

Qualifications

Experience as a Solution/Domain/Lead Architect in banking or financial services.
Involvement in Core Banking implementation, migration or modernisation.
Experience with Core Banking platforms listed above.
Understanding of cloud-native and traditional Core Banking systems.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions for Core Banking transformation initiatives.
Define target architectures and modernisation roadmaps.
Support implementation and migration programmes.
Design integrations between Core Banking platforms, digital channels, payments, data and surrounding banking ecosystems.
Lead architecture workshops and advise clients on solution design.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams for successful implementation.
Support pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.
