SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager to partner with high-value enterprise clients, guiding complex deployments and shaping their long-term security vision. You will blend deep technical expertise with a passion for customer success, working across product, engineering, and support teams.

In this role, you will drive proactive account management, deliver training sessions, and develop technical resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with enterprise clients and training sessions.
• Strong background in endpoint security across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Unix shell) and databases (PostgreSQL).
• Excellent project management, communication, and customer-first mindset.
• Global perspective with ability to work across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients and manage complex onboarding.
• Architect tailored, scalable security solutions aligned with business goals and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Executives to influence product direction.
• Stay current as a SentinelOne product authority and share best practices via reviews and workshops.
• Create technical resources and guides; travel up to 20% to support client engagements.
