Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Security Site Coordinator for a 6 to 8 months contract in Nysa, Poland. The role focuses on coordinating installation of Access control, CCTV and intrusion detection at construction sites, reporting to the local Project Management Leader with close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating electrical works on construction sites.
• Solid knowledge of security systems: access control, CCTV, intrusion detection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with scheduling processes and IT tools like MS Project.
• Intermediate English proficiency for international environments.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage installations across multiple buildings.
• Fluent English and Polish languages.
• Understanding of scheduling process and IT tools (MS Project, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems.
• Manage subcontractors and engineering staff to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and building management standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address client needs.
• Perform regular inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor progress with scheduling tools and track milestones.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new security technologies.
