Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Security Site Coordinator to oversee design support and installation of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems on construction sites. You will coordinate Honeywell resources and subcontractors, manage quality, and ensure regulatory compliance to support efficient operation of client buildings.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience coordinating electrical works on construction sites.
• Solid knowledge of security systems: access control, CCTV, intrusion detection.
• Fluent English; Polish also beneficial for site coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of security systems.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site technicians to support projects.
• Ensure timely, compliant delivery with HSE and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer needs.
• Inspect performance and implement corrective actions; stay updated on trends.
