Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a SECURITY Site Coordinator to oversee design support and installation of Access control, CCTV and intrusion systems at construction sites. You will coordinate Honeywell resources and subcontractors, ensure quality, and comply with regulations to support efficient operation of our clients' buildings.

Responsibilities include coordinating installation, integration and maintenance; managing technicians and subcontractors; ensuring regulatory and safety standards;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating electrical works on construction sites.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scheduling, milestones, and IT tools (MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Intermediate English; Polish language beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems.
• Manage resources (subcontractors, technicians, engineering staff) for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards on site (HSE and QA).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive on-site enhancements in security systems.

About the Company

As a SECURITY Site Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of Access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems at our construction sites. Your expertise in coordinating activities of Honeywell resources and external subcontractors, managing quality of works and ensuringcompliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients' buildings.Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinatingintegration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors. You will report directly to ourlocal Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site.In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Security Systems, ensuringsmooth implementation of Honeywell solutions, optimal operation on site and customersatisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems
• Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of buildingmanagement system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needsand provide technical support.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas forimprovement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuousimprovement in Security alarm system scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Required Skills

• Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites
• Solid knowledge of any of the following Security system. Access control, CCTV, intrusiondetection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with scheduling processes, milestone delivery, and relevant IT tools (includingMS Project)
• Intermediate English proficiency, suitable for working in an international environment
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
• Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Projectand Autocad).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Security system

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for buildingmanagement systems
