Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Security Site Coordinator to oversee design support and installation of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems on construction sites. You will coordinate Honeywell resources and subcontractors, manage quality, and ensure regulatory compliance to support efficient operation of client buildings.

• Fluent English; Polish also beneficial for site coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet milestones.

Security Site Coordinator

As a Security Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of Access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems at our construction sites. Your expertise in coordinating activities of Honeywell resources and external subcontractors, managing quality of works and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients' buildings.

Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors. You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site. In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Security Systems, ensuring smooth implementation of Honeywell solutions, optimal operation on site and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems
• Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff
• to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building
• management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs
• and provide technical support.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for
• improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous
• improvement in Security alarm system scope

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites
• Solid knowledge of any of the following Security system. Access control, CCTV, intrusion
• detection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with scheduling processes, milestone delivery, and relevant IT tools (including MS Project)
• Intermediate English proficiency, suitable for working in an international environment
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
• Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Project and Autocad)
