Dolby Laboratories seeks a Security Operations & Helpdesk Specialist to coordinate security support requests and operational activities. You will manage tickets, triage requests, and work with security SMEs to ensure timely resolution across vulnerability management, audits, reporting, and policy support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity/IT/CS or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Security Ticket Management: own incoming security requests, triage, route to teams, resolve routine requests, track through closure, provide updates and professional communication.
• Security Operations Support: assist with vulnerability remediation tracking, status reporting, and policy/standards support.
• Audit & Compliance Support: assist with internal/external audit activities and remediation tracking.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: support data collection and recurring/ad hoc leadership reports.
