Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a Security Operations & Helpdesk Specialist to coordinate security-related support requests and operational activities.

You will act as the front line of the Information Security team, triaging requests, coordinating with experts, and ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point for security tickets and support requests.
• Triage, prioritize, and route requests to appropriate security teams.
• Resolve routine security requests and inquiries independently.
• Track requests through closure and ensure SLAs are met.
• Provide regular status updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to drive timely resolution.
• Support vulnerability remediation tracking and coordination activities.
• Assist with penetration test remediation follow-up and status reporting.
• Support security exception and exemption management processes.
• Track and manage security findings from bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
• Maintain operational security checklists and workflows.
• Support security operation and GRC service requests and policy documentation.
