Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. is looking for a security-focused professional to help design and implement robust information security controls across the organization.

You’ll work with IT leadership to enforce policies, assess risks, and respond to incidents, delivering clear reports and actionable recommendations. A solid grounding in Windows and Unix, network basics, and documenting security architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting security architecture and plans.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Interest in developing security policies and standards.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Works with information security leadership to develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
• Provides reports to IT security management concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures.
• Assists in the coordination and completion of information security operations documentation.
• Works with Dolby's IT department and information security team to identify, select and implement technical controls.
• Assists security administrators and IT staff in the resolution of reported security incidents.
• Monitors daily or weekly reports and security logs for unusual events.
• Researches and assesses new threats and security alerts, and recommends remedial actions.

• Works with information security leadership to develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
• Provides reports to IT security management concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures, including misuse of information assets and noncompliance with security policy.
• Assists in the coordination and completion of information security operations documentation.
• Works with Dolby's IT department and members of the information security team to identify, select and implement technical controls.
• Assists security administrators and IT staff in the resolution of reported security incidents.
• Monitors daily or weekly reports and security logs for unusual events.
• Researches and assesses new threats and security alerts, and recommends remedial actions.

Qualifications

• Interest in documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of project management, and experience with creating and managing project plans.
• Technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems (Windows and Unix) and interest in learning security technologies, such as network security appliances, identity and access management (IAM) systems, anti-malware solutions, automated policy compliance tools, and desktop security tools.
• Interest in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies, processes, procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts.
