Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking an Information Security Specialist to help design and implement robust security controls across IT environments, aligning with global standards and risk appetite.

You will work with IT and security teams to strengthen defenses and ensure compliance. You will monitor threats, coordinate security incidents, and contribute to security architecture, governance, and policy development in a fast-paced entertainment tech company.

Qualifications

• Interest in documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals and ability to create/manage project plans.
• Technical knowledge of Windows/Unix and security technologies (IAM, anti-malware, policy compliance, desktop security).
• Interest in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies and standards.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and related network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address risks.
• Provide reports to IT security management on residual risk and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate information security operations documentation.
• Identify, select and implement technical controls with IT security teams.
• Assist in resolution of reported security incidents.
• Monitor security logs for unusual events.
• Research new threats and recommend remedial actions.
