Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of intelligence analysis, security operations, or emergency management.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in incident response, crisis communication, and threat analysis.
• Proficient with intelligence platforms and real-time tracking tools such as LifeRaft Navigator, Ontic, Dataminr, Factal, and Riskline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized monitoring of critical events and rapid outreach to affected personnel.
• Conduct predictive and real-time analyses to identify risks and issue threat alerts.
• Monitor employee locations and operations in real time to support safety.
• Evaluate travel options to advise safer choices and risk-reduction strategies.
• Maintain meticulous data logs for security systems and repairs.
• Use client-directed mass communication to inform stakeholders.
• Monitor global security trends and alerts to enable proactive response.
• Advise on crisis response and evacuation plans.
• Foster relations with security providers and emergency services.
