Job summary

LevelBlue seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Security Detection & Response Analyst and EU SOC Team Lead to join our Poland-based team. The role combines hands-on security investigations with team leadership across the EU SOC, mentoring analysts, and coordinating incident response efforts.

Fluency in English and French or German is required to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders. You will investigate threats, respond to incidents, hunt for adversaries, and ensure timely escalation

Qualifications

• Significant experience working within a SOC, MDR, incident response or similar cybersecurity environment.
• Hands-on security investigation and incident-respons​e skills.
• Experience in at least two areas: Endpoint security, Threat hunting/Threat intelligence, Incident response, Digital forensics.
• Fluent English and French or German language skills.
• Senior/Tier 2 or Principal/Tier 3 level technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on security analysis and investigation of complex endpoint and security alerts across MDR and MXDR environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 analysts.
• Coordinate across the EU SOC and provide coaching to analysts.
• Lead investigations and threat hunts across customer environments.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders including executives.
• Balance technical workload with team lead responsibilities and capacity planning.
