Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a SecureOT Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor post-deployment. Hybrid role in Poland (Katowice) with possible locations in Prague or Barcelona. You will drive platform adoption, promote best practices, and deliver measurable business value from SecureOT.

You will train users, present monthly reviews, and coordinate with Customer Success, CPS, and Product teams to ensure successful handoffs and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years with Kibana or similar visualization tools.
• Experience using reporting/visualization for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ability to explain complex tech in clear business terms.
• Experience training clients on product usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and value realization with SecureOT.
• Lead technical reviews and provide executive summaries.
• Train customers on SecureOT capabilities and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align roadmaps and deployments.
