Job summary
Global Enterprise Partners seeks an experienced OT Systems Architect to lead the design and deployment of industrial automation and digital manufacturing solutions. Key responsibilities include implementing OT architectures, PLC programming, and integrating OT data with enterprise analytics tools like Power BI, using platforms such as FactoryTalk
Qualifications
- Extensive design of OT architectures for industrial automation.
- Hands-on PLC programming and system integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of OPC-UA data modelling and protocols.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with time-series databases like InfluxDB.
- Understanding of industrial cybersecurity principles.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement OT architectures for industrial automation environments.
- Develop connectivity between PLCs, SCADA, historians, and enterprise apps.
- Deploy solutions using FactoryTalk Optix and Siemens Industrial Edge.
- Design and optimize OPC-UA data models for assets.
- Enable data collection and aggregation from PLCs and production systems.
- Integrate OT data with Power BI dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations for scalable OT solutions.
- Support cybersecurity best practices in ICS environments.
- Contribute to automation projects through PLC programming and optimization.
