Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sea Freight Forwarder.
Ability to execute shipping orders in maritime transport.
Knowledge of shipping and customs procedures for maritime transport.
Proficiency in port systems.
Achievement of budgeted objectives.
Willingness to expand knowledge and improve forwarding skills.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive organisation and execution of maritime transport (FCL / LCL).
Negotiating rates with shipowners and subcontractors.
Cooperation with foreign agents.
Preparation of offers and negotiation of terms and conditions.
Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Monitoring the current situation of maritime transport.
Maintenance of the required transport documentation.
Attention to the highest quality and timeliness of services provided.
Communication and relationship building with clients and customers.
