Venax Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a motivated sales specialist to manage relationships with our contractors, identify customer needs, and tailor offers in the logistics sector.

You will negotiate terms, monitor transport orders, and drive sales targets while ensuring high service quality. English or other foreign languages are welcome; experience in TSL helps. This role focuses on expanding our contractor base and optimizing routing.

Qualifications

• Experience in the TSL industry is required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Fluency or proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain contractor relationships.
