Job summary

UnionCargo in Warsaw is seeking an experienced international freight forwarding specialist to organize and supervise cross-border shipments by road, sea, air and rail, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

You will negotiate carrier terms and rates, monitor order fulfilment for on-time delivery, collaborate with clients and foreign partners, and prepare transport documentation while resolving day-to-day issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding – min. 2 years.
• English level B2/C1.
• Knowledge of the transport market.
• Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organisation and supervision of international transport (road, sea, air, rail).
• Agreeing terms of cooperation with carriers and negotiating rates.
