Job summary

Manago AI, a Kraków-based customer engagement platform, is seeking a results-driven Sales Development professional to fuel our expansion. You will initiate outreach, qualify leads, and set meetings between prospects and Account Executives.

This on-site role requires strong English, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs while staying current on market trends and Manago AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work on-site in Kraków
• Experience in sales or prospecting considered a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized and motivated to succeed

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach and build a robust pipeline
• Assess prospect interest and identify qualified leads
• Understand prospect needs and suitability as customers
• Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives
• Develop and execute prospect strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
• Stay up-to-date on Manago AI offerings
