Job summary

NEXAV is a Dutch AI voice agent company seeking freelance SDR/BDR agents. Your role focuses on outreach and lead warming/qualification, then handing off to a dedicated closer for demos, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities include prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and referrals; warming and qualifying leads; registering them; and handing off to the closer. Earnings are fully performance-based with no cap, terms discussed during intro.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound outreach and lead qualification.
• Fluent Polish preferred; other languages ok if lead quality is high.
• Self-employed or willing to register as a business entity.

What you'll do: prospect via LinkedIn, email, and referrals; warm and qualify leads (confirmed budget, authority, need, timeline, plus practical details like call volume and integration needs); register leads; hand off to your assigned closer.

How you're rewarded: fully performance-based, tied directly to the clients you bring in, with earnings continuing for as long as those clients stay active. No cap on what you can earn. Exact terms discussed during the intro conversation.
