Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile transformations in a multi‑team, enterprise setting. You will enable adoption of AI and modern engineering practices while coaching teams and managing risks and dependencies.

Join a leadership‑team oriented role in Łódź, Poland, with hybrid work options and a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. Strong English (B2) and extensive Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience with large-scale agile initiatives and Agile Release Trains.
• Proven track record in organizational change and agile transformations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI.
• English B2.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational and agile transformations in complex delivery environments.
• Establish governance, collaboration models, and scalable delivery structures.
• Enable adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders.
• Support and coach multiple agile teams in parallel.
• Conflict management.
• Scale agile ways of working, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI tools to optimize delivery.
• Lead teams through change and uncertainty with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
• Being part of the Leadership Team.

Description of the cluster:

The Document Lifecycle Cluster drives the digital transformation of document-based business processes at Commerzbank. We develop and operate solutions for intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and paperless banking services, enabling efficient and customer-focused operations. Working in a scaled agile environment, we leverage automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to deliver innovative solutions that simplify processes, increase efficiency, and support the bank's digital transformation journey.

You will be responsible for
