Job summary

Commerzbank in Łódź, Poland, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile transformations across complex delivery environments. You will support multiple teams, foster collaboration, and lead change with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset.

Description of the cluster:

The Document Lifecycle Cluster drives the digital transformation of document-based business processes at Commerzbank. We develop and operate solutions for intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and paperless banking services, enabling efficient and customer-focused operations. Working in a scaled agile environment, we leverage automation, AI, and modern engineering practices to deliver innovative solutions that simplify processes, increase efficiency, and support the bank's digital transformation journey.

You will be responsible for
