Job summary

Lapp Business Services in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach delivery teams and Product Owners, guiding them in Scrum principles to improve value delivery. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to ensure sprint goals are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is advantageous.
• Several years (5) of professional experience as Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach, guiding delivery teams and Product Owners in Scrum principles.
• Facilitates sprint ceremonies to ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Identify and resolve impediments hindering progress and value delivery.

Your Tasks

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Scrum Master is the coach, protector and facilitator who helps delivery teams and Product Owner to increase the flow of value to the business.

• Act as a coach , guiding and mentoring delivery teams and Product Owners in Scrum principles and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness .
• Facilitates Scum ceremonies ( such as sprint planning , daily stand up , sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices .
• Identify and resolves obstacles to impediments that hinder the team’s progress , enabling a smooth flow of work and maximizing value delivery .
• Foster a collaboration environment withing the team and across stakeholders , promoting communication , transparency and continuous improvement .
• Successful completion of sprints against planned objectives .
• Assess team satisfaction and engagement through feedback mechanisms .
• Time taken to identify and resolve impediments .

Your Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related field is advantageous .
• Has at least a few years (5) of professional experience as Scrum Master.
• Relevant certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and motivate teams, facilitating their growth and development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing Scrum principles and Agile methodologies .
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments or challenges hindering team productivity and value delivery .
