Job summary

LAPP Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Wroclaw, Poland, to coach delivery teams and Product Owners, fostering Agile practices and high-value delivery. The role emphasizes facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, impediment removal, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to improve flow and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related field is advantageous.
• Has at least a few years (5) of professional experience as Scrum Master.
• Relevant certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and motivate teams, facilitating their growth and development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments or challenges hindering team productivity and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach, guiding and mentoring delivery teams and Product Owners in Scrum principles and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint reviews and retrospectives) to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Identify and resolves obstacles to impediments that hinder the team’s progress, enabling a smooth flow of work and maximizing value delivery.
• Foster a collaboration environment within the team and across stakeholders, promoting communication, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Successful completion of sprints against planned objectives.
• Assess team satisfaction and engagement through feedback mechanisms.
• Time taken to identify and resolve impediments.
