Job summary

Antal is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach for a client in the automotive IT sector. You will serve three teams—Cloud Guides, Infrastructure Architecture and Oracle Cloud—facilitating events, aligning with quarterly PI planning and the department's DoR, and ensuring visibility of progress.

The role supports a hybrid work model in Wrocław (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) with a focus on Jira-based delivery, SAFe-style planning, and collaboration with Agile Coaches and

Qualifications

• Min 4+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban across multiple small teams.
• Proficient in SAFe PI planning or similar planning methods.
• Strong Jira skills and delivery metrics (cycle time, WIP).
• Comfortable in infrastructure/cloud context (AWS, Oracle Cloud).
• Experience with distributed teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team events and maintain agile ceremonies for multiple teams.
• Coordinate quarterly planning and PI follow-ups across teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and impediments with stakeholders.
• Configure Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with Program Excellence and ITIL practices.
