Job summary

Antal is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach in Wroclaw to support three squads in Cloud Guides, Infrastructure Architecture and Oracle Cloud. You will align teams to quarterly planning, coach Agile and Lean practices, and ensure Jira hygiene and transparent delivery metrics.

You will work in a hybrid setup with regular collaboration across distributed teams and external suppliers, driving predictability and continuous improvement within the department.

Qualifications

• Min 4+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban; able to run service and request-driven teams.
• Experience with quarterly or PI-style planning (SAFe PI planning or similar).
• Strong Jira skills: board/workflow configuration, JQL, dashboards and delivery metrics.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud contexts (AWS, Oracle Cloud) and IT/OT topics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate each team's events: stand-ups, refinement, planning, reviews and retrospectives for small teams.
• Tune flow per team: sprints for Infrastructure Architecture, Kanban or hybrid for Cloud Guides and Oracle Cloud.
• Coach team members, product owners and leads on Agile/Lean practices; onboard new members.
• Translate retrospective actions into tracked improvements and ensure follow-up.
