Job summary

Lapp Business Services in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach delivery teams and Product Owners, guiding them in Scrum principles to improve value delivery. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to ensure sprint goals are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is advantageous.
• Several years (5) of professional experience as Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Act as a coach, guiding delivery teams and Product Owners in Scrum principles.
• Facilitates sprint ceremonies to ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Identify and resolve impediments hindering progress and value delivery.
• Foster collaboration within the team and with stakeholders for transparency.
• Ensure successful completion of sprints against objectives.
• Assess team satisfaction and engagement via feedback mechanisms.
• Time to identify and resolve impediments.
