Kingfisher is seeking an Agile Coach based in Kraków to support teams in enhancing their Agile maturity and efficiency. This hybrid role allows for flexible working arrangements, ensuring a blend of office and home-based work.
The ideal candidate will have proven Agile coaching experience within large organizations, strong communication skills, and a recognised Agile qualification. Key responsibilities include coaching Agile ceremonies, delivering insights for improvement, and conducting maturity assessments.

In this role, you will support squads in increasing their Agile maturity and enhancing delivery outcomes. You will coach teams on effective Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring they are outcome-focused and aligned with businessobjectives. Byleveragingperformance and maturity data, you willidentifyimprovement opportunities, trackprogressand help embed sustainable, scalable ways of working across the organisation.
